3.2 "Education Model" Devices Products described as "education models" are refurbished devices of the same type and specifications commonly purchased by K-12 school districts.
3.3 Condition Grades All devices are assigned a transparent condition grade based on cosmetic appearance. All grades undergo the same 80-point testing process and meet the same functional standards.
3.4 Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or on pending orders.
4.2 Payment Methods We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. For bulk orders, purchase orders may be available for qualified buyers.
4.3 Sales Tax Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total based on your shipping address.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

5.4 Large Orders Orders containing 100+ devices may be routed to our B2B sales team for review and may require additional verification before processing.

6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Free USPS shipping (2-3 days handling + 3-5 days delivery)
• Premium Shipping: Paid UPS/FedEx expedited shipping available at checkout

6.2 Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (back-to-school, Black Friday, etc.).
6.3 Shipping Address You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.4 Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6.5 International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
7.1 90-Day Limited Warranty All devices include a 90-day limited warranty covering device defects and functionality issues under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage unless you are enrolled in our optional protection plan.
7.2 Return Policy Returns must be initiated through our customer portal within the warranty period. Devices must be returned in the same condition as received with all included accessories.
7.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days of receiving the returned item.

8.1 Coverage Our optional monthly protection plan (~$34/month) provides full damage replacement coverage, including accidental damage, with hot swap capability and no deductibles.
8.2 Terms Protection plan terms, coverage details, and cancellation policies are provided separately at the time of enrollment.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership All content on edtechsupply.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EdTech Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
9.2 Limited License You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9.3 Restrictions You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without express written permission.
