All devices purchased from EdTech Supply include a 90-Day Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Battery drain from normal use
- Water or liquid damage

Important Trade-In Requirements
Devices:
- Must not be reported lost or stolen

- Must power on and function unless otherwise stated
Final Valuation & Revised Offers
Initial quotes are estimates based on submitted information. If inspection findings differ from the original submission:
- A revised offer may be issued
- Customers may accept or decline the updated offer If declined, the device will be returned to the customer
Trade-in estimate disputes are typically reviewed within 3 business days.
