Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Customers may return eligible items for any reason within the 90-day return window.

All returns must be initiated through our website. Our team will respond to return requests within 24 business hours. Once approved, EdTech Supply will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Devices must be returned in condition consistent with the original purchase grade
  • Devices must be free of additional damage beyond normal use
  • All included accessories must be returned
  • Devices must be reset and free of iCloud, MDM, Google, or activation locks

Refund Deductions & Exceptions

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Accessories or components are missing
  • Devices show additional damage or misuse
  • Devices are returned in significantly different condition than originally sold

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.

  • Return inspections are typically completed within 3–5 business days after receipt
  • Approved refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable


90-Day Limited Warranty

All devices purchased from EdTech Supply include a 90-Day Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions 
  • Functional issues occurring during normal use

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Battery drain from normal use 
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Cosmetic damage after delivery 
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications or user changes

Warranty Support Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Contact our Customer Support team using the support form
  • Complete any troubleshooting steps provided by our team
  • If needed, return the device for inspection 

Our support team will respond to warranty requests within 24 business hours.

Warranty Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, EdTech Supply may:

  • Repair the device
  • Replace the device with a comparable refurbished equivalent
  • Provide a comparable or upgraded replacement device
  • Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Warranty Timeline

  • Warranty inspections and resolutions are typically completed within 3–7 business days after receipt
  • Shipping related to approved warranty claims is covered by EdTech Supply


Trade-In Program Policy

How the Trade-In Process Works

  2. Ship Your Device for Free: Use our prepaid shipping label to send in your device at no cost. Trade-in labels are typically issued within 5 minutes of submission.
  3. Inspection & Verification: Once received, our team will inspect your device to verify:
    1. Device condition Functionality Cosmetic wear Battery health Accuracy of submitted information
    2. Trade-in intake decisions are typically completed within 3 business days of receipt.
    3. Devices must pass inspection to be eligible for payout.
  4. Get Paid: Once approved:
    1. Payments or credits are typically issued within 3–5 business days
    2. Customers may choose store credit or eligible cash payout methods

Customers will receive updates throughout the process.

Important Trade-In Requirements

Devices:

  • Must not be reported lost or stolen
  • Must be free of activation locks (iCloud, MDM, Google, etc.)
  • Must have personal data removed before shipment
  • Must power on and function unless otherwise stated

Final Valuation & Revised Offers

Initial quotes are estimates based on submitted information. If inspection findings differ from the original submission:

  • A revised offer may be issued
  • Customers may accept or decline the updated offer If declined, the device will be returned to the customer

Trade-in estimate disputes are typically reviewed within 3 business days.
