What do the condition grades mean?
We grade every device based on how it looks, not how it works. Excellent means near-new appearance. Good means light signs of normal use. Proven means noticeable cosmetic wear at a lower price. All grades are fully functional. You'll see the grade on each product page, and you can review the full breakdown on our Grading Process page.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50. Most orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships. Paid expedited options are also available.
What's included with my purchase?
Each product listing specifies what's included. All Apple devices come with a charging cable. All MacBooks come with a power adapter. All Chromebooks and laptops come with a compatible charger. Every device includes a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
